Shipping policy

All shipping times are noted on product pages.

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

Production starts within 2 days so that we can get it to you as fast as possible.  If we are out of stock this will cause a delay. If you are waiting more than 2 weeks for a domestic order please email us at contact@awave.co with your order number to inquire about its status. If you're international you can check but items can be held in customs as long as any country government agency wishes to keep it.
